SEELE is a game multimodal foundation model company: we build the Seele series of multimodal models and the PEGA world model, and we ship SeeleAgent so anyone can create, publish, and grow games with AI. We’re hiring growth partners for US/EU markets — sourcing, listening, drafting, and monitoring are handled by automation agents, so you focus on judgment, strategy, and real relationships. We’re not hiring executors; we’re hiring orchestrators.

  • 01

    Creator & Affiliate Growth Lead — US / EU

    Turn the overseas creator ecosystem into a compounding acquisition channel for SeeleAgent. You’ll own MRR from KOL / KOC / affiliate channels, design and run an affiliate program from zero (incentives, attribution, anti-fraud, self-serve onboarding), and use our agent infrastructure to scale sourcing and outreach while you own strategy, negotiation, and quality.

    You should have proven creator partnership / influencer / affiliate growth experience for US/EU markets (YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram), English as a working language, and a bias toward automation over manual one-to-one BD.

  • 02

    GEO Growth Lead — Generative Engine Optimization

    When US/EU users ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews “best AI game maker” or “how to make a game without coding,” make SEELE show up, get cited, and get recommended. You’ll own citation rate and share of voice across AI answer engines, cultivate high-authority source communities (Reddit, Quora, HN, Discord), and produce citable assets (benchmarks, comparison pages, FAQs, structured data, docs).

    You should have SEO / content growth / overseas community experience, real understanding of how LLMs select and cite sources, and native-level English community writing.

  • 03

    AI-Native Growth Hacker

    Continuously find the intersection of “user trend × product capability × willingness to pay,” and use AI automation to turn it into a validated conversion path within days. You’ll own the full experiment loop — insight → build → launch → data → kill or scale — building v0 yourself with SeeleAgent and internal agents.

    You should have a track record of shipping viral products, features, templates, or landing pages with clear funnel data, and the ability to build v0 independently as an AI-native builder.
